From LONGIANO KM 54
This itinerary is suitable for the first bicycle excursions, as it is not very difficult; especially in spring, however, when fruit trees are blossoming, you can see fields of different colour according to the type of fruit growing.
ITINERARY WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CERVIA KM 35(Cervia)
This flat course is particularly suitable for the first bicycle excursions, while for trained cyclists it can be defined as a "winding down" itinerary. Particularly suitable for when the risk of rain is high, as it allows to train without going too far from Cervia.
BERTINORO KM 60
Reaching Bertinoro while neglecting roads with little traffic is quite difficult, therefore the itinerary we propose alternates with secondary roads in very good conditions.
MONTIANO/RONCOFREDDO/LONGIANO KM 65
This is a varied itinerary, with many, scarcely demanding gradients, linking three nice hill villages: Montiano, Roncofreddo and Longiano. It is a trip that requires a modicum of training.
MONTE FINOCCHIO KM 120
This itinerary is very beautiful, as after Cesena you will pass through characteristic Romagna villages, where you can enjoy a wonderful landscape. The climb starts slowly from Borello, except for some flat stretch before reaching Linaro; there is a hard, yet mercifully short climb to reach Linaro, then a short descent, then an other climb similar to that of Linaro, leading to a crossroad just outside the town of Ranchio; take the side road to the left to reach Sarsina. This is the starting point of a long, yet not too harsh climb, leading to the Passo del Finocchio.
NINE HILL CYCLOSPORTIVE KM 200
It is the most classical of Cyclosportives. Every year the charm of its course, featuring a total climb of 3220 m, attracts multitudes of cyclists. Cervia, located just 5 km from the starting line, can offer modern and comfortable hotels to all enthusiasts.
CYCLOSPORTIVE OF THE SALT
This course has become a classical appointment for amateur cyclists.
Cyclists from all over Italy test their form in the first race of the season, competing for the Cyclosportive of the Salt, to shake off the winter rust. The course winds through the sunny hinterland of Romagna, and up four hills with remarkable slopes.
